Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions that support business objectives

Utilize PowerBi and Excel for data manipulation to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and insights

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and identify areas for improvement

Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data quality checks

Provide information and support to change management initiatives and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Suggest procedural changes and improvements, working cross-functionally to ensure a unified approach, including document management, alignment of global teams, and tracking change management processes

Manage system templates and internal updates, work directly with the Process and Operations team on updates, data analysis, enhancements, customization, and support for division business needs

Develop and implement training for general needs, support teams with their training, and manage the learning program

Provide support in compliance with accreditations, focusing on IATF and other scheme requirements, including NCR management, project management, data analysis, traceability, and follow-up of tasks

Required

Bachelor's degree required

Proficiency in Excel

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skilled with Microsoft Suite

Excels at creating and providing training, understanding the best ways to convey information effectively for different audiences

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally

Organized and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
