Responsibilities

Rapidly deliver on key projects including: training development and delivery, software implementations, process mapping, sales enablement consulting as a SME, risk management

Coach and develop junior teammates who are dotted line working with you

Lead governance on overall client lines of business while ensuring that we are meeting and exceeding expectations

Build a relationship with internal customers via ongoing governance and personal discussions with full portfolio of clients and peers

Coordinate with bswift teams to coordinate solutions and seamless delivery

Manage implementation risks and deliverables including status dashboarding and risk mitigation

Lead efforts to improve process, tech and delivery quality and timeliness

Be a SME to internal and, occasionally, external customers

Required

5+ years of service delivery / operations experience

8+ years of benefits administration experience

Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products

Comfortable making decisions in situations of ambiguity

A leadership style that reflects and reinforces bswift core values

Ability to assist and equip others to efficiently solve complex problems

Significant process management experience

Strong customer service orientation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Adaptability to a rapidly changing priority list

Willingness to work nights and weekends when necessary

Willingness to travel/work in Chicago office as needed (up to 10%)

B.A. or B.S. required, or equivalent relevant work experience
