Specialty Surgery Territory Manager - Long Island, NY

Responsibilities
Drive sales and technology adoption within the territory to meet sales objectives and quotas.
Regularly assess pipeline, forecast, and actual performance to ensure targets are met.
Execute pre-call planning, sales calls, presentations, and follow-ups with customers.
Develop existing accounts to utilize the full product portfolio.
Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
Create and maintain territory business plans and individual account plans.
Introduce new technology to targeted customers through presentations, demos, and clinical evaluations.
Establish professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Achieve sales objectives and quotas set by the company.
Collaborate with team members and counterparts on account strategies.
Represent Bolder Surgical at regional and national trade shows and meetings.
Facilitate the adoption of new products at strategic accounts as needed.
Manage administrative responsibilities, including territory expenses reporting.
Frequently travel to meet with current and prospective clients.

Required
Minimum of 3 years of medical sales experience in the Operating Room setting.
Strong leadership, prospecting, account planning, forecasting, time management, sales call execution, and negotiation skills.
In-depth customer and market knowledge, understanding customer needs and procedures.
Ability to prioritize sales targets and focus field activities to reach quota.
Proven track record of sales success and achieving assigned quotas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and tact.
Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred
Experience in surgical energy is preferred.
