Delivering DevOps solutions to customers
Helping with PreSales for Splunk Observability Cloud
Delivering billable work supporting MDR (Security) solution

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity or similar.
7+ years of experience in an IT-related position.
Experience building large-scale infrastructure monitoring and/or APM monitoring solutions.
2+ years experience with multiple tools such as AppD, NewRelic, SignalFX, DataDog
2+ years experience with log management tools, such as Splunk Enterprise
Experience with cloud-based hosting environments, such as AWS, GCP or Azure
2-5 years of consulting experience

Preferred

Experience with Splunk premium apps (O11y, ITSI, ES, UBA)
Splunk Architect or Splunk Core Certified Consultant accreditations
