Responsibilities
Manage NOC Level 1 and 2 operations, ensuring system reliability and uptime.
Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot Splunk infrastructure and services.
Handle the lifecycle of incidents and changes using ServiceNow.
Lead incident triage and resolution efforts, collaborating across teams.
Develop and maintain NOC playbooks and operational guidelines.
Enhance application monitoring processes and implement automation tools.
Provide evidence and support for compliance audits and SOC investigations.

Required
5 or more years of experience with NOC or SOC operations roles.
Proficiency in Splunk deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Experience with developing Splunk dashboards.
Experience in ServiceNow incidents, vulnerability, and change management.
Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
Experience in public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, preferably AWS.
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
