Responsibilities
You will maintain sponsored customer records
You will monitor, compile, and process sponsored research billings by required due dates
Provide guidance to units or customers by answering questions and addressing issues as they arise
You will keep research teams, internal partners (i.e. Sponsored Programs) and the Sponsored Supervisor informed about complications that may result in invoice rejections
Partner with Sponsored Collections colleagues on billing-related matters
Review and compile credit memorandums

Required
High School diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience providing customer service
Intermediate level proficiency with data entry and computer skills
1+ years of experience with business software solutions
