Responsibilities
Take ownership of a robust book of business to maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts.
Collaborate closely with the CEO to leverage his relationships and identify strategic opportunities to drive new business.
Lead all aspects of the sales cycle, including prospecting, client needs assessment, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and renewals.
Develop and implement sales workflows, including automation drip campaigns and lead scoring via Hubspot.
Utilize and implement sales lead generation tools (e.g., Seamless.ai and other AI-powered SDR tools) to scale business development and prospecting efforts.
Sell comprehensive sponsorship packages, including digital marketing, live/virtual events, and hosted buyer meetings.
Identify and canvas new prospects across various sectors, tailoring solutions to their strategic objectives.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline in the CRM, tracking all leads, opportunities, and outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success) to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Develop and refine sales materials, including event prospectuses, digital media kits, and client-facing proposals.
Stay active in industry networks, consistently engaging on LinkedIn and attending events to build your profile.
Track industry trends to identify new revenue opportunities and enhance value propositions.

Required
7-10 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
5-7 years of experience in sponsorship sales for B2B conferences.
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and hosted buyer meeting sales.
Proficiency in using Hubspot CRM to manage sales pipelines and automate outreach.
Experience with sales prospecting tools like Seamless.ai or similar.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management tools (Slack, Airtable) and email service providers.
Preferred
Knowledge of the real estate innovation (Proptech) sector.
Experience in start-up or high-growth environments.
