Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and interests, ensuring a personalized travel experience
Research and recommend sports events and destinations that align with clients' interests
Handle booking arrangements for flights, hotels, tickets, and transportation
Coordinate with local partners and suppliers to ensure a smooth travel experience for clients
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients before, during, and after their trips
Stay updated on sports events, travel trends, and destination information
Assist with administrative tasks, including managing travel documents, itineraries, and invoices
