Responsibilities

Sponsorship Activations: Support the execution and management of new and ongoing sponsorship deals, ensuring successful delivery of sponsor obligations.
Prospecting & Research: Conduct research on potential partners and contribute to lead generation efforts.
Proposal Writing: Assist in drafting sponsorship and partnership proposals.
Value-In-Kind (VIK) Deals: Help coordinate VIK partnerships, ensuring all commitments are fulfilled.
Events: Assist in planning and executing online and in-person events for strategic partners.
Email Marketing & Newsletters: Contribute to the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
General Support: Provide administrative and operational support for business development projects.

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with marketing tools like Constant Contact is a plus.

Preferred

Knowledge of and passion for the sport of golf is a plus.
