Responsibilities

Develop, support, and deliver end-to-end testing strategy and solutions for several applications.

Develop automation for end-to-end flows.

Analyze data including reviewing system requirements to write test plans and scripts, and track and facilitate defect resolution.

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts.

Develop, maintain, and execute manual test scripts.

Assist with building CI/CD pipeline to execute test scripts on a schedule.

Work across various delivery teams to understand and automate various end-to-end flows.

Document, track, and resolve software defects or issues in collaboration with the Product Delivery Team.

Ensure quality is built into the software solution throughout the software development lifecycle by performing peer reviews and leveraging relevant quality assurance processes and technologies.

Develop and communicate software quality measures that report the reliability, compliance/accessibility, performance, and security of the software products and services developed.

Work closely with delivery partners to understand and align software quality assurance services with the product delivery approach and schedule.
