Responsibilities
Monitor Production jobs and services on daily basis and any jobs/services failure need to report to the manager and IO team and need to do the analysis for failure.
Need to generate adhoc reports based on the request from client.
Need to do production deployment in off business hours coordinating with offshore development team.
Do the analysis on issues or incidents reported from production environment and provide details to offshore development team
Respond to client mails related to application withing half an hour after mail received.
Need to work with Operations/Business team to document the change requests and same need to share to manager and offshore development team
