Responsibilities

Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, and dashboards to analyze healthcare provider and practitioner data, offering insights that support network development initiatives.

Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities for automation within existing reporting processes, using SQL Server and Microsoft Access to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.

Design and implement clear, actionable reports and document report logic, ensuring they align with health plan goals and comply with industry standards.

Collaborate with the Network Development team to understand business requirements, assess challenges, and develop customized data solutions that address current needs.

Ensure all reports and data solutions adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of data quality and security.
