Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards based on business requirements that provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with data engineers and data analysts to design data models that support accurate and efficient data visualizations.
Transform raw data from various sources into meaningful visualizations using Power BI’s advanced features.
Create and optimize DAX(Data Analysis Expressions) queries for effective data modeling and calculations.
Experience in preparing KPIs and Power BI Dashboard.
Very good in writing SQL queries.
Design and implement data refresh schedules to ensure the accuracy and integrity of visualizations.
Collaborate with IT team to deploy and maintain Power BI reports securely and efficiently.
Healthcare Knowledge
Strong Developer - SQL , SSIS/SSRS Developer with PowerBI knowledge.
Participates in new data engineering solutions within the enterprise data and analytics team to provide data warehouse development and maintenance utilizing best practices, CI/CD, and test-driven development.
Resource should have 7+ Years of experience.
Resource should have healthcare domain.
Experience on migration to Databricks Lakehouse from legacy systems.
Implement modern data pipelines and warehousing supporting healthcare technical services on public cloud (Python, Databricks, SQL Server, Azure).
Deliver innovative data solutions to support internally developed data products, reporting and BI needs, and support data-driven decision making across the organization.
Coordinate with data governance and data architects to create maintainable and scalable solutions.
Review and guide design, development, and support of all data systems.
Consult on and implement data security protocols.
Support existing reporting and analytics data environments and data products.
Iterate and enhance existing ETL workloads supporting reporting, self-service BI, analytics, and business users.
Incident management for data processing issues.
