Responsibilities
Support resource for data migration and conversion activities;
Documenting business processes and requirements around data conversion approaches;
Translate requirements into functional and technical designs, including implementing stories and process flows;
Recommend eliminating, retaining, or enhancing business processes and documenting those results.

Required
Four (4) years experience in data migration, cleansing and conversion projects
Three (3) years experience in data analysis using SQL queries to assist with the technical design effort, data cleansing effort and resolution of bugs/defects
Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical designs
Ability to create complex SQL queries
Preferred
Experience with Corrections processes
Ability to understand complex business problems
Understanding of data conversion challenges and troubleshoot issues
Understanding of the underlying technical architecture and legacy systems
Understanding of database platforms and database design
