Responsibilities
Drive management and operational strategy of the day-to-day functions, including client services, project management, media and creative services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Gain a deep understanding of clients' businesses and objectives
Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive campaign performance
Oversee execution and manage deliverables
Work in partnership to achieve target CAC & ROAS goals
Manage client communications and expectations

Required
Minimum 3 years of account management experience (in-house or agency)
Experience managing paid social & search campaigns with six figure monthly spend
Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts
Developed and implemented operational processes to increase business efficiency: optimizing resource allocation and improving communication flow between teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and communicate insights effectively
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Bachelor's degree required
