Responsibilities
Recording and tracking accounts payable and receivable, paying bills, recording deposits and making accounting entries as necessary to correctly track and report the revenues, expenses, assets, liabilities and fund balances of the organizations.
Preparing monthly bank reconciliations.
Following your internal controls and supporting others in the organization in assuring that internal controls are followed.
Preparing standard financial statements (listed above) monthly.
