Responsibilities
Establish premium rates and conduct financial analysis and reporting
Support the Molina Marketplace ACA individual pricing process by developing rates and creating regulatory filing documents
Address regulatory objections and ensure compliance with industry standards
Lead analytical projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision
Monitor medical cost trends and identify early signs of potential issues

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics
2-4 years of relevant experience in actuarial functions
Must have passed at least 3 actuarial exams
Advanced technological skills with Excel and familiarity with a statistical, query, or programming language
Subject matter expertise in at least one actuarial function (pricing, reserving, risk adjustment, analytics, modeling, etc.)
Preferred
5-6 years of experience in actuarial roles
ASA or nearing ASA certification
