Responsibilities

Partner with regional and local Market Access leads and HEOR in support of regional and local access needs
Update Pricing Maps for marketed products (monthly scheduled and ad-hoc requests)
Coordinate pricing analysis for marketed products to report implications of International Reference Pricing.
Maintains a repository of health technology assessment, pricing and reimbursement requirements, procedures, and process timelines at global, regional and local levels.
Compile Market Access stakeholder engagement materials, models, and tools and disseminate for regional and local reimbursement needs.
Updates global value proposition associated global value dossiers and slide libraries with newly published evidence and coordinates with regional and local Market Access leads on local adaptation.
Provides project management support for the execution of HEOR research and evidence generation.
Provide Scientific expertise in HEOR research protocol development and study execution.
Support the development of GHEOR internal and external communication material.
Continuous maintenance and update of capabilities for the GHEOR/GMAx SharePoint site.
Manages assigned project budget in alignment with department budget guidance.
Performs other tasks and assignments as needed and specified by management.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in a related business or scientific discipline and a minimum of 6+ years progressively responsible experience in market access and/or health economics and outcomes positions in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related environment at least 1 of which was spent in global commercial organizations or PharmD a minimum of 2+ years progressively responsible experience in market access.
A working understanding of orphan drug pricing and global payor processes
A basic knowledge of and hands-on experience in health outcomes and pricing
Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex projects with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed, team environment consisting of internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience working with and overseeing projects with external vendors.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Excellent planning, organization and time management skills including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects.
Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Preferred

Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, Master’s, MBA)
Experience supporting the commercialization of an orphan, rare disease
