Responsibilities
Perform research and analysis of complex healthcare claims, pharmacy, and lab data
Develop ad-hoc reports utilizing SQL and various reporting tools
Analyze data sets for anomalies and trends, providing executive summaries of findings
Create comprehensive workflows and document reporting processes
Assist with special projects and maintain SharePoint sites as needed

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science
5-7 years of increasingly complex database and data management experience
5-7 years of experience in analyzing financial/performance management metrics
Basic knowledge of SQL
Demonstrated healthcare experience in quantifying and analyzing financial and utilization metrics
Preferred
Experience in Medical Economics and knowledge of performance indicators
Ability to investigate complex medical cost issues and suggest corrective actions
Familiarity with healthcare analytics and predictive modeling
Experience as a Healthcare Analyst I or Financial/Accounting Analyst I
Proficiency with multiple data systems and BI tools
