Responsibilities

Responsible for ownership of the self-service platforms (SharePoint, GMB, SFDC cases) that support stakeholder requests
Works with cross functional teams to ensure smooth operations for internal and external customers
Support Cardinal Health Brand and Performance plus conversion opportunities through targeting reporting
Understands how to identify barriers and resolve
Researching operational issues that may arise from day-to-day activities
Ad-Hoc reporting including but not limited to sales, contracts, and product information
Report maintenance and automation
Maintain and update program materials as needed
Process streamlining and optimization
Execute on sales team enablement requests to alleviate administrative burden
Log all support activities in SFDC
Assist with QBR and savings analysis preparation
Support new customer, product implementations and GPO transitions as needed
Collaborates cross functionally to ensure expected project delivery of assigned projects on time

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
Excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, written and verbal communication
Ability to learn quickly and adjust to changing business needs
Ability to be flexible and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Problem solving, and analytical skills
Resourceful and motivated self-starter
Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally on projects
Proven ability to meet deadlines, follow-through on details, provide input & feedback to the team
Microsoft Office capability in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Minimum 2-4 years general business experience
CRM experience
