Responsibilities
Lead the design, configuration, maintenance, day-to-day operation, and implementation of EPM solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for financial process improvement
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their financial reporting requirements
Manage data integration efforts to ensure seamless data flow between EPM systems and other financial applications
Develop training materials and provide training sessions to end-users
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of EPM reports and data
Investigate and resolve technical issues, system errors, and user inquiries related to EPM systems
Stay current with industry best practices in EPM and financial analytics
Provide accurate estimates of effort and help manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for EPM system implementations
Maintain comprehensive documentation of EPM system configurations, processes, integrations, and workflows
Continuously monitor and optimize EPM systems to enhance performance, usability, and reliability
Manage ongoing vendor releases and ensure timely testing and issue resolution

Required
BS Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or other related technical discipline
5+ years’ experience leading implementations for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems
2+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and current systems
Functional domain knowledge in Finance: operating models and supporting organization structures, reporting, analysis, and process best practices
EPM software experience such as Oracle Cloud EPM, Hyperion, JDE, Oracle Fusion and similar platforms
Knowledge of data extraction/integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud, BICC, Visual Builder, Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud
2+ years of Microsoft Power BI experience
Understanding of Forecasting, Data cleansing and Transformations, Dashboards, KPIs
Power BI Pro, Embedded Power Bi
Power BI Content packs, templates, integrations, and security
Strong understanding of SQL and DAX
Experience working with databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, and AS400
Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions to technical teams and business users across multiple levels of the organization
Work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business challenges from strategy to execution
Disrupt, continuously improve, scale efficiencies, and evolve ways of working
Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive as well as the ability to promote and encourage others to value difference when working in diverse teams
Ability to work independently to implement solutions with minimal guidance and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
Preferred
Certification in relevant Oracle technologies and EPM systems is a plus
Certifications in relevant Finance and Accounting disciplines is a plus
