Responsibilities

Performs Lease Management activities including primary contact for Landlords/Property Managers, communication to ownership, tracking TI allowances, security deposits, & refunds, maintaining lease files & FM-PM Tools, reviewing important lease dates and business terms.

Coordinates execution of real estate related documents, reviews and approves rent steps, percentage rent and escalation billings from Landlords, manages the Real Estate database, tracks & reports on renewals, closures, and relocations.

Conducts Operating Expense audits, provides support to finance and accounting questions, assists local management teams in completing various small projects.
