Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and optimize the application infrastructure, including Oracle SAAS, PAAS, and IAAS offerings.

Analyze and resolve technical problems related to application performance, functionality, and security.

Collaborate with developers, vendors, and stakeholders to implement and test solutions for application enhancements and upgrades.

Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures for application infrastructure support.

Provide strategic recommendations and best practices for application infrastructure improvement and innovation.

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.

At least 5 years of experience in IT analysis and support, preferably in Oracle cloud environments or Oracle applications.

Strong knowledge of Oracle SAAS, PAAS, and IAAS offerings, such as Fusion, ERP Cloud, Database, EPM, and Analytic Cloud.

Proficient in Oracle tools such as SQL, PL/SQL, OPatch, and BI.

Familiar with middleware offerings such as Apigee, boomi, and Informatica cloud.

Proficient with command line tools on both Linux and Windows servers.

Understands networking, load balancers, and general connectivity protocols.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to think strategically and creatively to deliver solutions that meet business needs and expectations.

Preferred

Certification in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or Oracle Cloud Applications is a plus.
