Responsibilities

Builds partnerships with PEOC’s, H&B Sales Reps, HPP Benefit Specialists, Underwriting, Implementation, and other key stakeholders who are critical in the quoting, sales, and onboarding of medical benefits for new Oasis PEO clients.
Is a subject matter expert on both Oasis PEO master plans, open market options, and the onboarding requirements for both options.
Conducts quality assurance reviews on all new sales to ensure set up is compatible with Prism and with the implementation process.
Analyzes and reviews benefit strategy with prospects and partners, presents proposals, and makes plan recommendations.
Conducts follow up with PEOCs and prospects until final decision is made (both open market and master candidates).
Maintains an active Life and Health license in resident state and non-resident licenses in assigned states within territory.
Expedites the resolution of client problems or complaints during onboarding phase to ensure client satisfaction and that issues are handled properly.
Conducts training for new PEOCs and H&B Sales Reps in assigned territory for sales and implementation processes, master policy benefits.
Presents benefit changes and new products during the annual Benefits Conference in preparation for Annual Enrollment season; presents open market solutions to Tier 3 and 4 clients with less than 10 worksite employees.
Responsible for medical PEO sales (open market or master) and oversight for implementation of clients with less than 10 worksite employees; and oversight for implementation of clients with 10+ worksite employees.
Expertise in ClientSpace, SalesForce, and Prism system requirements.
Holds meetings with H&B Sales, PEOCs and HPP Benefit Specialists to review outstanding quotes and to identify any potential set up issues for specific prospects.
Attend STM meetings with Implementation, Sales, and other key stakeholders for each new sale.
Completes and submits accurate new business sales reporting by agreed upon dates set by Management to ensure information is provided timely.

Required

5 years of experience in Health insurance or PEO experience in sales, implementation, service.

Relevant Insurance License This role requires you to be eligible for applicable insurance licensing in all 50 states, which may involve an enhanced background check. If you are not currently licensed, you will be required to obtain the necessary insurance license(s) within 90 calendar days of your official start date. Failure to obtain the required license(s) within 90 days of your start date and to maintain eligibility throughout the duration of your employment may result in corrective action, up to and including termination of employment. Paychex Insurance Agency, Inc. (PIA) will cover the cost of up to two (2) attempts to pass a state insurance licensing exam including exam materials and testing fee. The cost of any additional attempts will be at the expense of the individual employee. If an individual is hired by PIA with an active and current license(s), that employee will be responsible for the timely updating and/or verifying of any changes that may have occurred with their state license(s) prior to their start date at PIA. This includes any state of residence changes, e-mail changes, mailing address changes or name changes.
