Responsibilities

Build frameworks to track growth marketing, lifecycle, and conversion efforts. Develop operating and executive-facing dashboards to monitor KPIs.

Analyze workflows to identify risks and opportunities to improve marketplace dynamics and resource allocation.

Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and inform future marketing strategies.

Partner with data, finance and product teams to solve complex problems and deliver insights that drive decision-making.

In partnership with marketing and finance, improve media effectiveness, ensuring learnings are applied to both brand and performance marketing.

Present insights to senior executives and founders, focusing on patient acquisition and media spend impact.

Required

Degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, or similar field (Advanced degrees preferred)

5+ years of experience in data analytics, business operations, consulting, investment banking, product analytics, marketing analytics, strategic finance or data science

3+ years of experience and expertise in SQL or related database languages (Snowflake, Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.)

2+ years of business or financial analysis experience using Excel (VBA, pivot tables, power pivots)

Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, ThoughtSpot)

Experience in experiment design, statistical concepts like causal inference and tests of significance

Experience with A/B testing, multi-touch attribution, and statistical analysis
