Responsibilities

Support the development of team reporting and data visualization through Tableau
Provide deep data-driven analytics and support to focus areas within customer tiering
Support cross-functional processes (Joint Business Planning, Category Stories, Customer and Channel Playbooks, Pricing and Trade spend management, Commercial Strategy, Commercialization, and Integrated Business Planning)
Perform Ad Hoc analysis where needed and provide recommendations
Stay up to date with data complexity and be the "one source of truth" synergizing customer and brand teams
Collaborate with IT on technology or data support for projects

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field is required
Minimum of 5 years of combined related experience, with a preference in CPG or related industry
Experience with data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI)
Functional knowledge of data prep, combining datasets, and performing data cleansing
Ability to clearly communicate intricate ideas to a broad group with different levels of understanding
Strong knowledge of syndicated data (i.e. Nielsen, IRI)
Able to build relationships and inspire others
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement with data management emphasis

Preferred

Graduate degree in Advanced Analytics, Statistics, or a related area
