Responsibilities

Maintains IQS control capabilities for functional entitlements, end-user field values, and Review Plan (test script) configuration.

Works with QC/QA teams and horizontal LOBs to develop and maintain IQS Review Plans, including the procedural steps for completing the review.

Manages the change control process and approvals for any change to QC/QA IQS Review Plans.

Executes periodic IQS Review Plan content reviews, ensuring test questions are current and up to date.

Supports IQS access management via the ARM process.

Required

Strong analytical skills with a natural ability to research and resolve complex systems, applications and user issues.

Experience working with QA Teams and Business users.

Experience working with a technology delivery team

Highly effective relationship building and communication skills

Possesses excellent interpersonal skills to work well with managers and senior business leadership

Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Acts quickly on issues and requests associated with business needs using the appropriate escalation path

Preferred

Experience executing the administration of a quality application such as NICE, Integrated Quality Solutions (IQS), etc.

Experience developing test scripts

Experience supporting end-users as an application SME
