Responsibilities

Oversees the strategic use of the Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) platform.

Define optimal solutions with IT partners, improve processes, define optimal and scalable configuration or development, and leverage system functionality and automation.

Ensure business and team processes and controls are documented, updated, and followed for successful projects, operational compliance, and knowledge continuity.

Develop strong relationships with various departments to collaboratively develop a strategic roadmap and deliver value for the organization and customers.

Serve as a business systems analyst, project manager, functional application subject matter expert, and tester as needed.

Collaborate with business partners and IT Leadership to develop a comprehensive roadmap for application enhancement, consolidation, or replacement.

Provide operational support, maintenance, and configuration for ORMB, manage incidents, service requests, change requests, and root cause analysis.

Report on key metrics to senior leadership, oversee financial plans, and ensure integrity in system usage.

Ensure data structures, interfaces, integrations, processes, procedures, roles, permissions, and access align with system requirements and vendor agreements.

Required

5+ years hands-on ORMDB experience on the IT implementation side

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

5+ years business systems analysis experience (gathering and documenting requirements)

Experience in managing remote resources in a matrixed environment

Experience in partnering with vendors and consultants, overseeing and managing deliverables, negotiations, and relationships

Ability to define and maintain strong process and system controls

Demonstrated ability to manage and meet deadlines

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

Resourcefulness

Sense of urgency

Preferred

Successful experience in managing remote resources in a matrixed environment

Experience in partnering with vendors and consultants, overseeing and managing deliverables, negotiations, and relationships
