Responsibilities
Lead and drive delivery for benefit capabilities across the enterprise, focusing on specific lines of business (Medicare, DSNP, Medicaid, E&I, and IFP)
Collaborate with a broader team of business and operational leaders, architects, and engineers on re-imagining the end-to-end benefit ecosystem
Identify and evaluate non-traditional and innovative approaches to benefits capability delivery
Manage and prioritize a backlog and roadmap of high impact work, articulating the business impacts of each initiative
Directly manage one or more strategic programs, aligning individual roadmaps to the strategic vision

Required
Background in healthcare, particularly experience in claim management
Knowledge of claim adjudication platforms
Experience leading and driving strategic initiatives across an organization
Ability to enhance and optimize organizational capabilities across various departments and functions
Skills in managing and prioritizing a backlog and roadmap of high impact work
Experience in articulating the business impacts of initiatives
Ability to directly manage one or more strategic programs
Preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly at UnitedHealthcare, United Health Group, Optum, or OptumRx
