Responsibilities

Support Vantagepoint project delivery – both implementations to successfully configure and setup Vantagepoint, as well as provide live strategic and best practice consulting support.

Liaise closely with project managers to ensure seamless project execution.

Assess and make recommendations for best practice business process workflow design or re-design to customers.

Provide consulting expertise to sales on quotes for consulting services.

Identify and resolve customer challenges, liaising with the project manager and delivery director when applicable.

Use a comprehensive and extensive understanding of Vantagepoint to be able to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
