Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain stored procedures, functions, and scripts to support various database operations.

Investigate and troubleshoot data discrepancies, delivering timely and effective solutions.

Analyze application data to identify discrepancies and create sanity checking scripts to ensure data integrity.

Collaborate with team members to implement best practices in database management and performance tuning.

Utilize SQL Server, SSIS, and other reporting tools to facilitate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.

Leverage AWS services for data management and cloud-based solutions.

Conduct performance tuning of SQL queries and database systems to ensure optimal performance.

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.

Design and build data models, queries, reports, and dashboards using business intelligence tools, adhering to established frameworks and standards.

Familiarity with observability practices and tools for monitoring database performance and troubleshooting issues is also highly desirable.

Proficient in managing batch jobs and automating manual processes, accompanied by relevant reporting.
