Responsibilities
Together with the product leadership and the rest of the management team, set, own, and execute the product roadmap along with the broader strategic business themes to further accelerate the business’ growth and establish Milestone CMS as a market leader in product experience and innovation.
Lead, mentor, and scale the product team, identifying and fulfilling key hiring needs and areas of the organization that necessitate upskilling.
Work closely with the rest of the product development leadership team to drive the adoption of shared best practices across the organization and build/implement the tools needed to ensure world-class product delivery processes.
Engage and communicate effectively with enterprise customers, creating strong feedback cycles in the product development process and establishing a customer-centric culture in the product organization. Enable the team to deliver both world-class enterprise software solutions and consumer-grade user experiences.
Design and develop customized solutions for complex client projects. Oversee the implementation of large-scale website projects, SEO campaigns, and system integrations. Ensure all solutions adhere to Milestone's quality standards and exceed client expectations.
Build and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers and Solution Engineers in the US and India
Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical and consulting skills
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Develop and execute the long-term vision and strategy for Milestone's product and solution offerings
Drive innovation in digital experience marketing, leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics
Collaborate with C-level executives to align product and solution strategies with overall business goals
Lead the product development lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring market fit and competitive advantage
Oversee the creation of product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on market demands and strategic objectives
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across all product teams
Guide the solution engineering team in designing and implementing complex, enterprise-level digital marketing solutions
Ensure seamless integration of Milestone's products into client ecosystems, maximizing value and ROI
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies
Build and lead high-performing teams across product management, solution engineering, and customer success functions
Mentor and develop senior leaders, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry thought leaders
Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
Identify new market opportunities and potential acquisitions to expand Milestone's product portfolio
Drive revenue growth through innovative product offerings and strategic partnerships

Required
Master’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field
15+ years of experience in product management, solution engineering, or similar roles within the digital marketing industry
Good knowledge of various Content Management Systems and advancements in AI platforms and solutions.
Proven record of accomplishment of successfully launching and scaling enterprise SaaS products
Deep understanding of digital experience platforms, SEO, content management systems, and marketing automation tools
Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, and their applications in digital marketing
Extensive experience in B2B and B2C verticals such as automotive, hospitality, banking, retail, and healthcare
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with a proven ability to drive business growth and innovation
Experience in managing P&L and setting product strategy in a high-growth environment
Strong understanding of data analytics and its role in driving product decisions and customer success
