Responsibilities
Develop and execute product marketing and technical marketing strategies to drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to research and develop key target personas, identify market trends, customer needs, and positioning opportunities.
Collaborate with product management to define product messaging, positioning, product documents, product datasheets, and value propositions.
Manage monthly product release communications, including maintaining the correct customer distribution list, collaborating with product management to draft email communications, and working with the marketing team to ensure timely releases.
Create instructional material and educational documents for new and existing users of the platform, such as short videos or user manuals, to enhance the onboarding process.
Collaborate with corporate marketing to align product messaging, positioning, and product marketing with the overall corporate marketing strategy.
Ensure alignment of terminology and feature descriptions on the platform with the organization’s website and brand messaging.
Lead product launches and campaigns to generate leads and drive customer engagement.
Collaborate with the sales team and relevant stakeholders on pricing strategy.
Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, presentations, case studies, and white papers.
Provide materials for the sales team to convey the value proposition of the product and new features to prospective customers in a unified voice.
Partner with the sales team to develop effective sales tools, training, and programs.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Build strong relationships with industry analysts, influencers, and strategic partners.
Stay updated on industry trends and developments in Science-Based AI technologies.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Proven experience (10+ years) in product marketing within the software industry, preferably in AI, machine learning, or enterprise software.
Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in science and business.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply.
Proven track record of creating effective educational content and programs for diverse audiences, including designing tutorials, guides, and e-learning modules.
Experience in developing product marketing strategies and executing campaigns that drive measurable results.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing data to inform marketing decisions.
Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience with scientific enterprise software marketing.
Experience in one or more successful startup companies.
Additional background in communication and technical education is a plus.
