Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into software specifications and functional designs.

Serve as the point of contact and client interface for data and functional analysis.

Configure, support and maintain environments and procedures for all supported applications.

Responsible for managing and resolving application service request tickets.

Train and support other analysts in using tools, processes, and technical systems.

May coach, review, and delegate work to lower level professionals.

Oversee moderately complex technical team/department specific projects/processes.

Responsible for out of hours support for any failed processing.

Systems engineer will be responsible for configuring multiple document management systems and environments.

Responsible for out of hours support for any failed processing.

Responsible for high level design and implementation around document management services and service stability.

Act as a technical SME during escalated P1/P2 issues

Train and support other analysts in using tools, processes, and technical systems

Coaches, reviews, and delegates work to lower level professionals

Act as a technical SME during escalated P1/P2 issues

Develop any new application configuration changes and processes.

Coordinate w/ Systems PM when developing any new configuration changes requests.

Required

Bachelor's degree in related field.

5-7 years of relevant professional experience required.

Superior analytical, troubleshooting, knowledge sharing, collaborative and mentoring skills

Experience within supporting one or more of the following application instances desired: OnBase, Kofax, ImageTrust.

Proficiency in vb/csharp .net and SQL scripting.

Must be able to write effective technical documents and reports as a primary focus of daily duties

Excellent communication ability (verbal, written, and presentation) and an effective team player

Experience supporting all phases of the system development life cycle including development, testing, QA and production.

Must exercise effective judgment and follow established procedures in support of production, and other critical environments.

Preferred

Knowledge of extract OCR, ICR technologies preferred.
