Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with executives, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to shape a unified approach to our strategic goals.
Lead efforts to map and assess core business architecture concepts, uncovering both strengths and opportunities for enhancement.
Contribute to creating and refining standards that promote integration and consistency across our operations and systems.
Identify strategic opportunities that align with our business goals.
Serve as a trusted advisor for leaders and teams across the organization, helping them understand and utilize business architecture to make informed decisions.

Required
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture or strategic consulting who have successfully led large-scale technology transformation within the retail financial services or insurance industry.
8+ years of experience with a multi-business unit global organization.
Business and technology experience particularly in the realm of business architecture and enterprise strategy.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems using systems thinking, design thinking, strategic thinking, visual thinking, creativity and innovation.
Proven experience in business architecture domain modeling.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in retirement, retail investment and financial advisory services.
Strong background in managing complex business and technology ecosystems.
Highly skilled at translating complex problems into clear, actionable insights.
Preferred
Experience leading large-scale transformations.
Experience in enabling strategy for Investment and Advisory platforms.
Certifications such as TOGAF, CBA, or similar are a plus.
