Responsibilities

Partner with assigned business functions to provide analytical decision support and performance analysis

Accurately forecast and report results on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

Provide comprehensive variance analysis and make recommendations for course corrections

Prepare annual operating and capital budgets for assigned business functions

Identify opportunities for business improvements and drive implementation

Plan, facilitate, and implement ad hoc analysis to support decision making

Perform other duties or special projects as requested

Required

3 years of related experience, with increasing level of responsibility

Elite level MS Excel skills required

Experience with budgeting and multi-dimensional planning applications

Experience with advanced product revenue and margin analysis

Advanced financial modeling construction and maintenance experience

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking and attention to detail

Advanced financial reporting construction and maintenance experience

Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change throughout the organization

Proven ability to effectively partner with and influence business managers

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interface effectively across all levels within the organization and across functions

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while delivering accurate results in a timely manner

Flexibility and adaptability, ability to manage in a dynamic business environment with a strong sense of urgency

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field is required

Preferred

Exposure to OLAP Cubes and SQL database structures

MBA is preferred
