Responsibilities

Prepare weekly project status updates and monthly project expenditure reports

Monitor capital expenditures against established budgets

Deliver monthly results to Network and Operations team as well as Lumos Senior Leadership

Deliver required input for the Monthly Operations Report presented to the Board of Directors

Reconcile project transactions by comparing and correcting data

Identify trends and recommend actions based on sound analysis

Partner with teams to clearly interpret cost variance drivers

Opening and managing capital projects in the company ERP system

Assist in development of annual budget for Network and Operations organizations

Compile, analyze, aggregate, quality check and report capital projects

Ad hoc reporting and analysis

Required

3-5 years of professional experience

Bachelor’s degree in business or a combination of coursework and experience

Strong project and time management skills required to efficiently move between multiple, concurrent projects

Advanced analytical skills; must be able to work through complex issues with a methodical approach; analyzing complex issues, distilling and communicating relevant aspects
