Responsibilities
Prepare financial forecasts, budgets. Analyze and report on those numbers.
Prepare final monthly analysis of business trends and budget variance for management reviews.
Summarize complex data, ideas, and concepts into meaningful and concise financial reports.
Ensure the integrity, accuracy and validity of the information being reported.
Conduct ad hoc research and analysis to ensure that the best corporate decisions are made in order to achieve operational and financial objectives.
Conduct monthly meetings with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy of forecast and budget.
Conduct complex accounting and financial analysis, ensuring appropriate use of historical knowledge and expected future trends.
Support the monthly financial close process, through reviews of GL Actuals, accruals.
Perform trending analysis on KPI’s.
Assist with the development and implementation of key reports. Develop and maintain Hyperion Planning reports used for performance and variance analysis.
Maintain and develop Depreciation reporting tools and trackers.
Assist in IRR and ROI modeling for internal investments.
Receive Oracle iProc notifications and approve/decline requisitions

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance related field, MBA preferred
3+ years of relevant corporate financial planning and analysis experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work in a deadline-oriented environment and turnaround requests quickly
Knowledge of GAAP principles is a plus
Experience with Oracle and/or Hyperion Planning software ideal
Self-motivated, ability to think independently and meet deadlines
Must be well organized, focused, and detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
Ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned
