Responsibilities
Collaborate with the team to develop and enhance supply chain operations applications.
Communicate effectively with developers and team leads from different areas of the organization to diagnose and resolve issues.
Build rapport with the business, product ownership, and the engineering team to deliver value.
Stay up-to-date with modern practices, tools, and languages/frameworks.
Provide guidance and mentorship to other developers and staff.

Required
10+ years of experience in software development.
Strong Java development skills.
Proficiency in Python.
Familiarity with XML and JSON.
Experience working on Java backend applications.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Strong technical skills with knowledge of various tools, techniques, IDEs, and design patterns.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
Preferred knowledge of AWS and GoLang.
Previous experience in design, architecture, or team lead roles is a plus.
