Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate continuous discovery and research to understand user needs
Conduct design workshops and iterate on designs
Analyze client and user feedback to improve the user experience
Drive the development and enhancement of reusable design systems
Facilitate basic Web Accessibility Standards

Required
Minimum of 8 years working on UX designs for clients
Minimum of 4 years experience working with Agile methodologies
At least 1 year of Lean UX experience working with Agile methodologies
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience leading and facilitate user interviews
Preferred
Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Figma
Knowledge of responsive design principles
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
