Responsibilities
Manager of SEO Team, specifically SEO Managers
Develop and lead operational processes and innovation to ensure retention goals are achieved
Assist the Senior Director of SEO and Managed Services with forecasting and business growth
Serving as key member of the SEO leadership team and collaborate with other leaders to develop staffing, budget, annual OKRs, performance strategy and ongoing evaluation of resource needs
Identify opportunities for departmental & company-wide improvement & solve for team issues and creates tactical roadmap to ensure execution
Support client retention goal by leading SEO performance improvements & other initiatives
Develop solutions to meet clients’ objectives and goals
SEO innovation, testing, case studies, and product development
Lead individual projects such as hiring, new hire onboarding, product expansion etc.
Provide ongoing training to SEO and Managed Services Team, maintain detailed knowledge of all new products, SEO offerings and trends
Be the thought leader and technical expert for the business on all things SEO
Deep dive into Omni-channel media campaign results to proactively provide feedback and recommendations to client-facing teams and internal media buying teams.
Communicating critical information to the internal teams (PFM, Sales, OEM, Analytics, etc)
Playing a critical role in performance management by guiding actionable initiatives from data; measuring progress and outcomes, as well as helping implement interventions where applicable
Leading continuous improvement engagements utilizing continuous process improvement methodologies
Collaborating with leadership on development, monitoring and action planning around key performance indicators
This candidate is able to dive into automotive, media and consumer research, analyze business data and objectives and carve out opportunities
From there, this individual will be able to translate those insights into detailed SEO strategies and work with teams to bring them to life
Deeply understand automotive client challenges and lead teams to help bring solutions to life

Required
Understanding of omni-channel SEO campaigns
Proven ability to analyze SEO campaigns to pull insights and work with teams to make recommendations to reach customer KPIs
Ability to confidently present SEO recommendations to clients
Self motivated, organized and detail oriented
Ability to get along with everyone, treat everyone with great respect, and have an approachable, pleasant personality
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent time management skills
The ability to remain cool under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to communicate well with internal sales team, outside clients, as well as all levels of internal management and co-workers
Ability to balance demand and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to multitask, while maintaining attention-to-detail
Expertise in all Google applications or related Microsoft applications
8+ years of experience in SEO agency work
Proven team leader who can grow existing relationships internally and externally
Experience in SEO planning and execution
Sr. Level Client Presentation experience
Preferred
Experience partnering with Sales Organization
