Responsibilities

Manage a global team of risk managers

Establish the vision, strategy, and implementation of all pivotal outcomes for the team

Define, implement, manage and execute program objectives, including tracking metrics and key performance indicators

Required

A Bachelor's degree or higher

Over 10 years of leadership and people management experience in a dynamic operational setting

Proficiency in Program/Project management

Demonstrated involvement in developing and contributing to strategic planning processes

Proficient capability to gather and analyze data to inform business strategies and decisions

Effective coaching and leadership skills that enhance team performance

Preferred

Advanced degree (MBA, MS, etc.)

Proficiency in oral and written communication, along with the ability to define technical requirements and prioritize tasks

Capability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to a dynamic work environment and fast-paced workflow
