Sr Manager, Strategic Campaigns

Responsibilities
Create, develop, and implement innovative marketing campaigns to support sales growth and customer engagement leveraging insights and analytics.
Analyze campaign data to shape future marketing strategies.
Collaborate with Business Intelligence and pricing teams for promotional analysis and targeting.
Develop testing design, KPIs, and success metrics for strategic initiatives.
Manage the end-to-end campaigns in partnership with marketing and CX teams.
Continuously test, assess, and optimize campaigns based on results.
Establish test design and metrics for upgrade initiatives and report on results regularly.
Prioritize projects and deliverables for the Existing Customer organization.
Focus on go-to-market priorities to meet business KPIs.
Oversee content quality alignment with campaign strategy.
Lead cross-functional teams towards a unified goal of providing superior CX and creating brand ambassadors.
Drive business objectives and own strategy and execution of testing, promotions, upgrades, and upsells across all CX related tactics.

Marketing Manager / Project Manager with Offers
Coming up with offers: Project Management (working with program manager - providing the details of status updates, working with RBI and PMO Team, Content Developers, and graphic designer, and potentially legal)
Approvals for offers (strategic)
Channels: Email marketing (offers, legal)
B2C or B2B - mentality of knowing the offers
Technical: PPT, Microsoft, Asana
Diagnose inconsistencies and objectively evaluate the need for customized solutions.
Manage initiatives with cross-functional teams to pursue growth opportunities, cost savings opportunities & ways internally to become more efficient & effective
Ability to uncover best practices and areas of concern in adoption of strategy and addresses directly with relevant leaders

Proficiency with Salesforce based programs such as Sales, Service and Marketing Clouds preferred
