Responsibilities
Collaborates with sales, marketing, and IT leadership to ensure alignment between technology initiatives and business objectives, driving successful execution of go-to-market strategies.
Assists in overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of the sales and marketing technology stack, including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and other relevant technologies.
Identifies opportunities to streamline and optimize go-to-market processes and workflows, leveraging technology and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Works closely with marketing, sales, product, and IT teams to ensure alignment and coordination of go-to-market activities and initiatives, fostering a collaborative and integrated approach.
Establishes and maintains robust quality assurance processes to ensure reliability and performance of all developed solutions. Manages creation and execution of test plans, ensuring solutions meet high standards of quality, security, and compliance.
Develops and executes strategic roadmap for sales and marketing technology stack, aligning with overall business goals. Analyzes and reports on key performance metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.
Provides leadership and guidance to a team of developers and quality assurance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Required
Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent), required.
Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of related experience, required.
Including experience in leadership roles with a focus on both technology and business support in the context of go-to-market strategies, managing sales and marketing technology stacks, and driving cross-functional alignment.
Highly skilled in software programming and managing SaaS technology stacks as well as best practices and processes related to agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
Comprehensive industry knowledge and an in-depth understanding of best practices and processes including developing and deploying applications and services; providing strategic and operational support to go-to-market teams; and assisting with process design, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop others.
Expert interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and foster strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business, driving cross-functional alignment and collaboration.
Expert time and project management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines or conflicting demands, adapting to change in work or procedure as needed.
Technical acumen with the ability to utilize industry related tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Tray.io, and other enterprise service business applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.
Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
Preferred
Master’s degree, preferred.
Salesforce.com, HubSpot, or other relevant certification, preferred.
10+ years of related experience, preferred.
