Responsibilities

Provide management, governance and oversight of the engineering function of accountability with respect to the needs and regulatory requirements of the Constellation Power fleet.

Manage the performance and development of assigned engineering personnel relative corporate objectives and provide focus on the attainment of high-quality engineering results

Participate as key manager in Business Planning, Budget and Business Performance review of Engineering.

Directly and through subordinates, fulfill engineering and technical leadership accountability regarding short-term and long-term programs that impact fleet operations. Fulfill managerial responsibilities regarding assigned staff (e.g., project assignment, development, compensation, performance evaluation, etc.) Ensures consistent and effective work force practices.

Participate as senior resource to Constellation Power fleet-wide programs and initiatives regarding standardized and enhanced engineering systems and processes

Implements standards, programs, processes, best practices within the engineering functional area of subject matter expertise programs. Assists Site Engineering organizations in this regard, as appropriate.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Diverse experience required with multiple plant exposure and/or experience in one or more engineering or operations functional areas.

Preferred

Master's Degree in engineering, business or related field.

Professional Engineer

Maintenance/Work Management experience

Team-drive experience in a matrixes environment is desired.
