Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies that reinforce the utility of the Signatera MRD test across multiple solid tumor indications, with a focus on recently Medicare-reimbursed and emerging coverage areas.
Drive awareness and adoption of Natera’s full oncology portfolio, including comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP), hereditary cancer testing, and new MRD platforms.
Monitor and analyze product sales performance, providing insights to key stakeholders and identifying opportunities to optimize marketing strategies.
Manage the creation of high-quality marketing and sales materials, ensuring that field teams and digital channels are equipped with impactful content to engage healthcare providers (HCPs).
Oversee the speaker’s bureau, ensuring content reflects the latest clinical data and aligns with Natera’s strategic messaging.
Identify and manage third-party educational opportunities and marketing programs to increase engagement and influence within the oncology healthcare space.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences
5-7 years of experience in product marketing, field sales, or market analytics within the medical diagnostics, pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries
Willingness to travel (~30%) for advisory boards, congresses, sales/marketing meetings, and customer visits
Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that support long-term business goals and reflect an enterprise-wide mindset
Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives
Strong orientation towards understanding and addressing the needs of healthcare providers and patients
Ability to distill complex concepts, such as biomarkers and multiple tumor indications, into clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to senior leaders and external thought leaders

Preferred

An advanced degree (MBA or PhD)
Experience in oncology and/or genomics
Familiarity with FDA-approved treatments for colorectal cancer
