Responsibilities

Basic to advance understanding of live event production with a preference for sports.

Translate production rundowns to operators and coordinate AD lines/multipurpose call bridges.

Familiarity with live event streaming technologies like RTMP, HLS, VoD content, H.264, etc.

Proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly Premiere, for editing, encoding, and transcoding.

Computer proficiency with iMacs and laptops, and understanding of social media integration.

Manage operators' learning and achievement by training on processes and procedures.

Advocate for B/R Live and B/R operation through troubleshooting, incident reports, and communication.

Prioritize assignments, handle feed/operator/tool issues, make confident decisions in high-intensity situations.

Curiosity about video streaming technology, attention to detail, and ability to see the big picture.

Basic to advance understanding of live event production. Preference on sports

Ability to read a production rundown and translate to operators

Familiarity with AD coordination line/multipurpose call bridges

Basic understanding of live event streaming and/or OTT products

Basic to advance understanding of the Adobe Suite. Specifically, Premiere - editing, encoding, and transcoding

Computer proficiency specific to iMac's and laptops

Understanding of social media and/or curiosity about its integration

Strong team player who can advocate and represent the B/R Live and B/R operation through troubleshooting, incident reports, and a variety of communication methods

Strong ability to prioritize assignments

Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with and escalate feed/operator/tool issues

Must exhibit ability to make confident and level-headed decisions in high-intensity situations
