Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the Early Stage process for High Voltage Transmission and Substation projects.
Coordinate and support Engineering, Estimating, Supply Chain, and Construction resources through pre-construction activities.
Ensure each project is ready for construction with an executable plan.
Lead a team of project managers and manage the portfolio for a given region.
Assist in developing project plans focusing on scope, constructability, schedule, and costs.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Development, Land, Environmental, Procurement, Legal, Engineering, and Operations.
Prepare Request for Proposal documentation for sourcing and contracting services.
Support cost estimating team and own project budget management.
Manage project schedule and communicate key risks to management.
Represent E&C's interest on assigned projects.
Not responsible for site-based construction management.
