Responsibilities

Project Management, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously

Play role of PM and Scrum Master/Coach on multiple ongoing projects

Support the Engagement Lead in managing customer expectations for project deliverables and managing stakeholder communication

Hold Preplanning Meetings to understand, comprehend, plan, and execute a project’s goals and expectations

Prepare and distribute project progress reports

Manage project risks and mitigate them in a timely manner

Ensure on-time delivery and manage budget within constraints

Ensure each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution

Encourage a sustainable pace of throughput with high levels of quality for the team

Coaching members of the team as needed to optimize the efficiency of the project delivery

Play a consultative role to put in place the appropriate people, process, and tools for the project to improve team efficiency and effectiveness

Required

Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Information Systems or Engineering

Minimum 7+ years overall PM experience, 3+ years Consulting PM experience managing SOW based projects

Comprehensive knowledge of the practices, procedures and principles of Project Management

Strong knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban and Hybrid approaches

Strong understanding of SDLC and DevOps processes

Experience working in hybrid organizations/projects in a Consultative environment

Experience managing CRM/Contact Center/Salesforce projects highly preferred

Prior experience in a technical delivery role as an analyst, developer or consultant

Self-motivated, strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines

Experience with Consulting organizations as well as Matrix organizations

Preferred

PMP and/or CSM certifications preferred

Enthusiasm for the mission of SPAR
