Responsibilities
Manage New Product Development projects following the LEANPD process
Ensure projects are staffed appropriately and negotiate resource constraints
Communicate roles, expectations, and accountabilities to team members
Monitor project progress and deliverables to ensure compliance with LEANPD Stage Gate process
Proactively identify issues and implement corrective action plans

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or equivalent working experience
5+ years of experience in project management or equivalent
Strong knowledge of project management techniques and tools
Proficiency in using Microsoft Project Gantt charts
Fluency in English for global communication
Preferred
Certification in project management, PMP preferred
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
Understanding of cost models and P&L statements
Experience using data analytics and critical thinking
Leadership skills in a matrix organization
